      Yes I do intervals. As it is flat around where I live (and I mean flat!) I do any hill training on a treadmill (usually when it is yet and cold!) I aim to do one hill or one speed interval a week. Since doing this I have really noticed an improvement on my overall speed. I was thinking that maybe I should record these sessions on here – would it be helpful do you think?
