Thanks to modern technology (and my husband) whenever I go out running I feel that I have someone watching my every move. Of course I could choose to leave my Garmin behind but it does become addictive. It also allows me to record all sort of data. I shall now take the big step of looking at it in more detail and recording some of it here – yes that means that I am committing (my palms are getting sweaty just thinking about it). Maybe it will encourage some of you. I do not consider myself to be a particularly good runner but I am not sure that other people will agree. I suppose that it depends on the relative.
