Friendship wrap bracelet

This bracelet reminds me of another design that I really like known as the goddess bracelet. That one involves the use of metal jump rings but the one I have just found simply involves wrapping thread around beads. Perfect for the summer and very similar to the friendship bracelets that are everywhere at the moment.

It is nice and easy. I think a rainbow of colours are needed. 🙂

The sun was shining and I had the urge to make something light and summery:

I smile whenever I look at it. I just wish I had made it longer. Maybe I should wear another to go alongside it…….

Place all three wires together and put masking tape around to hold them in place.

Wrap the wire around a mandrel twice to form the shape of a bracelet.

Now separate each end of the wire and cut one 10cm, one 6.5cm and one 5cm.
